Instructions
Step 1
Mix rice and soup, and spread in a buttered casserole dish.
Step 2
Place chicken on top.
Step 3
Season entire dish generously with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Step 4
Pour milk around dish, between chicken pieces.
Step 5
Pour melted butter over top of the milk.
Step 6
Bake at 350 for 1.5 hours.
