Pepper Pasta

This recipe is meant to replicate a stuffed pepper in pasta form. Itโ€™s something I threw together and my family loves it!

Instructions

Step 1
Cook ground beef, onions, and peppers together until beef is brown. In a separate pot, cook your noodles. Add in cream cheese and velveeta to beef and veggies. Then the milk is added slowly until you reach the consistency you like. It is important to know I live in the south and the measurements are a guideline!!! We measure with the heart when it comes to everything. After everything is added you can add you noodles. Let it cook a few minutes together and then serve! We like to eat this with a garlic bread and salad.
Step 2
Cook bacon and add to the top of the pasta once finished!
