For the Shrimp:
Step 1
-Clean and butterfly the shrimp then place in a large bowl.
-Place all the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You can strain it if you want a very smooth mixture but I dont bother with mine.
-Pour the mixture over the shrimp and marinate for anywhere from 5 minutes or up to one hour but not longer.
-After marinating, place the shrimp into a serving dish with some of the marinade.
-Garnish with all the garnishes sprinkled on top and serve with tostadas or chips and enjoy!
