Instructions

Step 1
In a blender or food processor, pulse the whole jar of jalapeños a few times including the brine to make a chunky paste.
Step 2
In a pan, sweat the chickpeas with harissa paste and garlic powder for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
Step 3
In a frying pan, cook your halloumi with honey and chili flakes, flipping every minute until golden brown on each side.
Step 4
Assemble the bowl by making a base of spinach, some avocado, tomatoes, chickpeas, 1 tbsp hummus with 1 heaped tsp of the jalapeños swirled through. Add the halloumi and red onions, and finish with a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds and a pinch of chili flakes.
