Peanut Sauce
1 teaspoongrated ginger
2 teaspoongarlic pepper
1 ½ tablespoontamari
or gluten free soy sauce
2 tablespoonswhite rice vinegar
¾ cupcreamy peanut butter
2 tablespoonhoney
½ teaspoonlemon juice
½ cupwater
warm

Step 1
Cook pasta according to instructions.
Step 2
Start sauce when about 4 minutes are left on the timer
Peanut Sauce
Step 3
In sauce pan, combine all peanut sauce ingredients and whisk together until it reaches a liquid state.
Step 4
If too thick, add a bit more water. Oil makes it clump and separate.
Combine
Step 5
Once pasta is finished, drain and add to peanut sauce.
Step 6
Fold pasta into sauce until fully covered and serve.
