Step 1
In a large bowl combine flour, yeast, salt, sugar and warm milk. Start kneading the dough in the bowl, then transfer to the kitchen counter and knead for about 6-8 minutes, or until the dough is elastic and smooth.
Step 2
Transfer the dough to a clean oiled bowl, cover with a towel and let it rise in the warm place for about 1,5-2 hours.
Step 3
When ready transfer the dough to the kitchen counter, knead slightly and form a log. Divide it into 11-12 equal parts. Roll each piece into a ball. Place them in an ovenproof baking dish, greased with oil, cover with the towel and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Brush with milk and bake for 25- 30minutes in a preheated oven at 200C.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the topping. Finely chop the garlic and parsley, add them to a bowl, followed by vegetable oil, water and salt. Mix well.
Step 5
When Pampushky is ready, brush them with topping mixture and let it cool for a bit.
