Instructions

Step 1
Heat milk until slightly warm, then add yeast and sugar and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Add the milk to a bowl together with the remaining ingredients and knead well for 5-10 minutes.
Step 3
Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 1.5 hours until it has doubled in size. Knead for another 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Divide the dough and form balls, then make a hole with a wooden spoon or your fingers. Cover with a kitchen towel and let them rest for another 20 minutes
Step 5
Boil the Bubliki in water for 1 minute, then place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush with plant milk, sprinkle with poppy or sesame seeds.
Step 6
Bake at 220°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
