Instructions
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the buckwheat flour, whole wheat flour, chopped nuts, and salt.
Step 2
In a separate small bowl, dissolve the active dry yeast and honey in lukewarm water. Let it sit for a few minutes until frothy.
Step 3
Pour the yeast mixture into the flour mixture and stir until a sticky dough forms.
Step 4
Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Transfer the dough to a greased bread pan and smooth the top with wet hands.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
