Green Chicken with cilantro sauce

Instructions

Step 1
Place the cilantro, spinach, ginger, garlic, chilis, lemon juice and 1/2 tsp salt into blender and blend to paste. Add a little water if needed
Step 2
Whisk yogurt until smooth and add 1/4 warm water. Set aside. Heat oil in pan and saute onions 5-6 minutes until softened.
Step 3
Add chicken and stir fry until opaque. Add turmeric, sugar and salt to taste and fry for an additional 2 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium/low and add half the yogurt. Cook for one minute and add the remaining yogurt. Cook until yogurt thickens
Step 4
Add the herb mixture and cook for 4-5 minutes stirring regularly.
