6 cupsromaine lettuce
chopped

2 cupsbaby spinach

4eggs

1 cupbacon
cooked, crumbled, optional, substitute with 1 cup of chopped walnuts or almonds

1avocado
cut into chunks

1 cupcorn

1 cupcherry tomatoes
cut in half

1 cupskinless chicken
cooked, diced, or chickpeas - drained and rinsed
Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk dressing ingredients together (store leftover in the fridge for up to 5 days)
Step 2
Toss greens with some dressing. Add salad toppings except eggs. Add eggs at the end so they don’t get broken up.
