Instructions
Step 1
Boil eggs for 10 minutes until hard then rinse in cold water or place in ice water for a few minutes to cool
Step 2
Peel the shelled then cut the eggs in half and scoop all the egg yolks into a small bowl. Add 2 tbsp of mayo of choice with salt and pepper and mix until creamy.
Step 3
Dice the egg whites then add to a bowl with the egg yolk mix peppers tuna chopped dill salt and pepper to taste and a final drizzle of mayonnaise. Mix until combined.
Step 4
Divide the mixture between two slices of bread ( butter the bread if you prefer) then cover over with the remaining bread . I like to eat this straight away but you can make a day ahead and store in the fridge for a day. Enjoy !
