Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil on medium heat until translucent.
Step 2
Add tomatoes and increase heat to med-high, cook while stirring frequently till soft, falling apart, and turning orange. ~15 min.
Step 3
Add seasonings; basil, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Stir and let sit for 5 mins.
Step 4
Blend in 2 tbs of olive oil until desired consistency and place back on med heat. Add crushed red pepper flakes to taste and serve. *will be hot*.
