For Crutons
Step 1
Cut baguette into cubes

Lay cubed bread on baking sheet and cover with olive oil, salt, and pepper

For Dressing

Combine olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette. Start with 2:1 balsamic:oil and then add more oil if needed. Aim to have 6-8 oz of dressing.

For Salad

Cut tomatoes and remove the insides. Salt and let sit for 10 minutes
