For Crutons

For Dressing

Combine olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette. Start with 2:1 balsamic:oil and then add more oil if needed. Aim to have 6-8 oz of dressing.

Cut tomatoes and remove the insides. Salt and let sit for 10 minutes
