Carrot Banana Bread with Cream Cheese Frosting!
When you can’t decide between carrot cake and banana bread and decide to combine the 2!
This bread is the best of both worlds. It is an incredibly moist banana bread with a filling of carrots, walnuts, and coconut. Topped with a creamy cream cheese frosting and you have something dreams are made of

Carrot Banana Bread with Cream Cheese Frosting!

1/2 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup coconut
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Set aside.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In the bowl of a mixer, mix butter and sugars until well combined. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla and mix until combined. Add dry ingredients and mix only til combined. Fold in bananas, carrots, pecans and coconut.
Pour batter into pan and bake about 1 hour, until a toothpick comes out clean. Frost with icing

2 cups powdered sugar
1 8oz package cream cheese room temp
1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
1 tsp vanilla .
Using electric mixer, beat all ingredients in medium bowl until smooth and creamy.

Instructions
Step 1
