Shredded beef Ragu with lemon and parsley

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 140c fan.
Step 2
Add all ingredients in list except mushrooms, lemon, parsley and pasta to a casserole pan.
Step 3
Add 700 ml water, mix and then cook for 3 hours in the oven. Add mushrooms one hour before cooking time ends.
Step 4
Mix together Parsley and lemon for the garnish.
Step 5
Remove pan from oven then simmer on the hob, uncovered for 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.
Step 6
Break up the beef in the pan
Step 7
Cook pasta, then serve in bowls with Ragu over then top with lemon parsley garnish.
