Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in pot, saute onion & celery until soft. Add flour with a wooden spoon, stir to combine. Cook, stirring for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Remove pot from heat, slowly add milk, 1/4 cup at a time, stirring constantly. Return to heat at medium. Cook, stirring constantly until boils and thickens.
Step 3
Stir in all other ingredients, cheese last.
Step 4
Place in heat proof, deep dish, sprinkle with panko crumbs & extra cheese. Bake until brown & bubbling.
