Instructions
Step 1
To save time, cook your pasta while you prepare your meat.
Step 2
In a skillet with cooking oil start cooking your onions.
Step 3
Have a pot of water on to boil for the pasta and cook the pasta according to the package.

When your onions are softened, add your ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
Step 5
Add in your can of tomatoes, do not drain the liquid.
Step 6
Add your pouch of taco seasoning.
Step 7
Let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes while your pasta cooks.
Step 8
Drain your pasta, but add 1/3 cup of pasta water to your beef.
Step 9
Add the drained pasta to your beef mixture and let simmer in the mixture for ten minutes.
Step 10
Turn off heat and stir in the 2 tablespoons of sour cream.
Step 11
Add in the taco cheese and stir until melted.
