½ tspolive oil
50gonion

50gpassata
or tomato paste/puree
30gPhiladelphia lightest
75mlpasta water
20glow fat cheese
seasonings

Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside 75ml of pasta water before draining.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, sauté the onions in olive oil and cook over medium heat until nicely browned, about 2 minutes. Add the passata to the saucepan and mix in your seasonings. Cook over medium heat until bubbling, about 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add in the cream cheese and pasta water, mix well and cook over medium heat until bubbling, about 3 minutes. Add the cheese and mix until it melts and combines with the sauce, then cook for a further 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Step 4
Mix in the pasta until well coated with sauce, serve with a sprinkle of cheese and fresh parsley. Enjoy!
