In a non stick pan, heat oil on a low flame.

Step 3

Once the oil has heated, switch off the flame, and add curry leaves an puliogare powder. This is done to ensure that the masala does not burn.


Step 4

Fry well, with the flame still off.
Step 5

Add cooked rice and mix well. Now switch the flame back on to low.

Step 6

Fry well for a few minutes till the rice gets heated. Serve hot.
