Step 1

1. Cut tomatoes into quarters 2. Grate or chop garlic fine
3. Pick and chop thyme and oregano 4. Line sheet pan with parchment paper
5. Line tomatoes on pan and drizzle with olive oil
6. Season with Salt and Pepper
7 . Top tomatoes with herbs and red paper flakes
8. Place in oven and slow roast
