Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. Coat a baking dish

with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Step 3
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Place them in coated baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine mayo, Parmesan cheese

and basil. Spoon mixture onto each piece of chicken

and spread to create a coating. Sprinkle a little extra

Parmesan cheese on top, if desired.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked
