Instructions
Step 1
Add olive oil to a sauce pot and once heated, cook the garlic and red pepper flakes until the garlic starts to lightly brown
Step 2
Add the white wine and clams, bring to a simmer, then cover the pot and cook for 6 mins or until all the shells have opened
Step 3
Remove the meat from half the clam shells and add them back with the other clams
Step 4
Separately, cook linguine according to the instructions on the packaging in salted boiling water
Step 5
Add some pasta water to your clams along with all the pasta and mix until all the sauce thickens slightly — add more or less pasta water depending on thickness
Step 6
Top with fresh parsley, a bit more olive oil, and enjoy!
