To make Molly Baz’s Salted Blueberry Tahini Smoothie, blend 1½ cups almond, cashew, or oat milk, 1½ cups frozen blueberries, 1½ cups sliced frozen bananas, 2 pitted large Medjool dates, one 1" piece ginger, peeled, coarsely chopped, 3 Tbsp. tahini, ¾ tsp. vanilla extract , ¾ tsp. kosher salt, and 1 cup ice cubes on high speed until supersmooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
