Instructions
Step 1
Add the soft ingredients first to the blender: starting with a splash of milk, and the yogurt.
Step 2
Drop 1-2 handfuls of spinach into the blender, and add the matcha too.
Step 3
Now blend all, smooth.
Step 4
Drop in the frozen mangos, cauliflowers and the frozen milk ice cubes last.
Step 5
Start blending on a low setting, and work your way up. Use a tamper or spatula, to push down the sides of the smoothie, to ensure all is blended thoroughly. Serve immediately :)
