Firstly, gather your equipment and ingredients. Next, add two spoons of defrosted summer berries to your plastic Jar. Then you add a cup and a half of milk. Lastly, add lots of strawberry syrup and blend for 2-5 minutes. When the consistency is not too thick but not too watery . And drink up!
