Instructions

Step 1
Cook rice in the rice cooker, 1 cup of uncooked rice, 1 cup of water and 1 tbsp canola oil.
Step 2
Dice an onion, a tomato, 240g mushroom, and bell pepper.
Step 3
Add canola oil to the wok, add diced onion, add ground beef. Turn the heat to medium high.
Step 4
Stir fry until beef does not look red any more. Add diced tomato, and mushroom.
Step 5
Add some salt and 2tbsp ketchup. Cook until there is only a little liquid. Add diced green pepper and thai pepper.
Step 6
Add cooked rice to the pot. Add 2tbsp ketchup and 1 tsp stevia. Break apart rice and mix rice with vegetables. If there is still white colored rice, add more ketchup until all the rice is in red color.
Step 7
Add soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and msg. Mix. The ketchup fried rice is ready.
Step 8
Whisp 3 eggs, and cook a simply salted omelette with a flat bottom pan. Put the omelette to the plate first, and then add fried rice on half side of the omelette, and close the omelette. Squeeze some ketchup on the top.
