Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Place the chicken pieces in single layers, skin-side-up, into two 9- by 13-inch baking pans.
Step 3
Slice the squash and zucchini in half lengthwise and slice into 1-inch-thick half-moons.
Step 4
Scatter over the chicken.
Step 5
Toss on the halved tomatoes.
Step 6
Shake the dressing and drizzle it over the chicken.
Step 7
Bake, uncovered, for 2 hours.
Step 8
Remove the chicken to a platter.
Step 9
Toss the vegetables in the pan liquid and then scatter them over the chicken.
