Step 1
1. In a medium saucepan add butter, sauteed minced garlic for one minute.

2. Next add heavy whipping cream, and cream cheese. Cook over medium heat and whisk until melted.

3. Add the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, Continue to whisk until smooth. Add the grated parmesan cheese.

4. Bring to a simmer and continue to cook for about 3-5 minutes or until it starts to thicken.

5. Salt and Pepper to Taste
