Instructions

Step 1
1. Great the zucchini and place on top of a clean dish towel in a bowl
Step 2
Squeeze all the excess water out of the zucchini using the dish towel (removing as much water as possible will improve frying ability)
Step 3
Transfer zucchini to a mixing bowl and add garlic, basil, Panko, parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper
Step 4
Form into 12 small balls from the zucchini mixture, while heating olive oil in a pan over medium heat
Step 5
Place balls in oil frying for roughly 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Placing them on a plate with paper towel to drain the excess oil
Step 6
Optional! Place marinara into skillet heating it up and placing the zucchini balls back into it letting it warm and coat them
Step 7
Place one top of spaghetti and and enjoy!!
