Step 1
Bring water to a boil. Cook until Al dente
Step 2
Drain and reserve 1 cup of water
Step 3
Melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté lightly.
Step 4
Add pasta and add 1/4 cup of water. Toss to coat.
Step 5
Add remaining butter. Keep tossing and add more reserve water if needed.
Step 6
Add salt and pepper
Step 7
Remove from heat. Add parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 8
Toss continuously
Step 9
Transfer to serving bowl if preferred and top with grated Parmesan.
