Instructions

Step 1
Wash the bulgur, drain it and pour it into a bowl.
Step 2
Add the olive oil and lemon juice and let it sit for about 20 minutes to swell.
Step 3
Wash the parsley, cut the stems and chop the leaves very finely with a sharp knife.
Step 4
Separate the mint leaves from the stems and finely chop the leaves.
Step 5
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
Step 6
Chop the onion very finely then add to it the salt, pepper, lemon zest and mix it together and let it rest for 10 minutes
Step 7
Mix all the ingredients together and serve it in a bed of romaine lettuce in a bowel or large plate.
