Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F.

Step 2
Add enough oil to cover the bottom of a baking dish large enough for the fish fillets.
Step 3
Place fillets in the oil, flipping once to coat each side. Season fish with all dry seasonings on both sides.
Step 4
Combine melted butter and minced garlic. Pour mixture over the top of the fish.
Step 5
Place in oven and cook for 10-12 minutes. Or until fish reaches internal temperature of 145 F.
Step 6
Combine the 3 ingredients for the pesto crust. After fish has cooked, place pesto mixture on top. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. *for a crisper crust, cook on broil until crust appears golden brown.
