Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bagel in half. Spread both sides with butter and toast until golden brown.
Step 2
Slice the avocado, chop the dried tomatoes and cut the pomegranate open.
Step 3
Spread the bottom half of the bagel with cream cheese. Sprinkle on the dried tomatoes.
Step 4
Place the arugula and avocado slices on top. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Drizzle on the balsamic cream and sprinkle on the pomegranate seeds.
Step 6
Stack the other bagel half on top and enjoy!
