Instructions

Step 1
Slice the fresh lemon and garlic cloves. Crush the fresh rosemary.
Step 2
Rinse the sole and dry it thoroughly, using paper towels.
Step 3
Make diagonal slashes on both sides of the sole, at 3 cm intervals, and season it with salt and ground pepper on both sides.
Step 4
Put the sole on a tray lined with baking paper. Add the sliced lemon, garlic, and olive oil over the top.
Step 5
Place the tray on the 3rd level of the oven, and then tap "Send to oven" to start cooking the sole.
Step 6
Finish with a remaining squeeze of lemon juice.
