Step 1
Saute onion & carrot in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add potatoes, turnips, and broth. Bring to a boil and simmer until turnips are tender. Add turnip greens and potatoes; cook until greens are very tender, about 15 minutes longer.
