¼ cupoatmeal
grinded

0.75ground beef

1onion
chopped very small

1.5tomatoes
peel and chopped very small

2potatoes
small, diced

1carrot
cut in small pieces or diced

1 ½ tablespoonaji panca

1 boxAngel hair noodles
calculate how much you want

½ tablespoonGarlic
grounded

¼ tspCumin

¼ teaspoonblack pepper

Salt
to the taste

½ teaspoonoregano
Instructions
Step 1
Put water in pot to boil and add ground oatmeal
Step 2
Add carrots and potatoes
Step 3
Cut up onions and tomatoes then saute with garlic and seasonings Spoon of Aji panca in a large frying pan
Step 4
Once everything is cooked, add the meat and cook through
Step 5
Add saute pan to water cook and add salt and oregano then noodles
