Instructions

Step 1
Cook carrots, drain well and cool.
Step 2
Add onion and green pepper
Step 3
Mix sugar, mustard, salt and pepper together and add to soup, vinegar and oil to make dressing.
Step 4
Pour sauce over prepared vegetable and marinate for 12 hours before serving.
