Instructions
Step 1
Mix the eggs, flour and the greens together.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Step 3
Using a tablespoon, drop the omelette mixture in the oil in the form of burger patty or medium-sized balls. Wait a while about 2 minutes for the omelette to get golden brown color from bottom, flip it and get it golden color on both sides.
Step 4
Transfer the omelette onto a piece of kitchen towel to get rid of the excess oil, then serve immediately
