Cook Peeled Sweet Potato poked with a fork in microwave

In a Jar or Bowl Mix Water & Milk

Mix in Oats, Seeds, & Cinnamon

**Add 1 or 2 Tsp of water if too thick before setting in the Fridge**

Set in fridge for 4 Hrs or Overnight
