Step 1
1. Chop + season sweet potatoes with cumin, paprika, and coriander 2. Cook brown rice with spoonful of coconut butter and salt
3. If using a rice cooker, use steamer pot to steam sweet potatoes; 20-30 min
4. Boil 2 eggs (12 min) then cut them in half
5. Chop green onions
6. Chop 4-5 cucumber slices 7. In a bowl, put together brown rice, sweet potatoes, eggs, cucumber slices and alfalfa sprouts 8. Garnish with green onions, salt and pepper Enjoy ☺️
