Instructions
Step 1
Boil octopus, cut into bite-size and set aside.
Step 2
On a cutting board, put salt on a whole English cucumber, and roll the cucumber, and rub the salt.
Step 3
Hit the cucumber with a stick until it breaks apart. Use your hand and make it into bite-size pieces.
Step 4
Add octopus, ginger, tobanjyan, sesame oil, umami powder, and salt in a medium bowl, and toss well.
Step 5
Serve with cilantro and S&B crunchy garlic with chili oil.
