in a food processor or high-speed blender, add the walnuts, oats, black pepper and turmeric and blend until broken down.
Step 2
add the dates a slowly process until a dough forms.
Step 3
roll into balls.
Step 4
roll each ball into more turmeric until fully coated.
Step 5
store in an airtight container.
