Wash the chicken and put fry it in a pan. Sprinkle with yellow while frying. This will make it look good. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Now fry the onion in a saucepan. Add garlic, ginger and all spices including green chilies, mint, and tomatoes. Add chicken and leave it to thaw with water. Soak the rice and boil it and add enough water to remove the rice patch.
