Instructions

Step 1
Melt the butter in a frying pan (low heat)
Step 2
Warm the milk to about room temperature (microwave, on high for 45 seconds)
Step 3
Mix the wet ingredients together in a small bowl – start by beating the egg, add the yogurt and mix well, add the warm milk and melted butter.
Step 4
In a larger separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients, flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, sugar
Step 5
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, fold all together.
Step 6
Do not over mix.
Step 7
Using the frying pancake you melted butter in, drop several tablespoons full of pancake mix into the hot pan.
Step 8
Cook on medium heat, turning the pancakes over as bubbles start to form on the top of each cake.
Step 9
Only turn pancakes over once.
Step 10
Add fruit bits or chocolate chips — place fruit or chocolate chip on the top of the pancake after you place the batter in the pan.
