My forever go-to addition to oatmeal, yogurt bowls, toast & a great way to level up my pb&js!! (Plus it’s a great way to reduce your sugar intake & increase your fibre a little thanks to the chia seeds)!
Ingredients
3 cups of berries frozen or fresh both work! (Raspberry is my absolute favourite but blueberries, black berries, strawberries etc. all work!!)
2-4 tablespoon maple syrup depends on how sweet you like it!
2 tablespoon chia seeds
Optional for flavour
1.5 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
