Vegan Tteokgalbi- Korean "Meat" Patties
Hi, for this vegan Korean " Meat" Patties recipe, I am using 1 lbs of Beyond meat ground beef. You can easily double or triple my recipe. I shape patties and freeze so I can easily cook as needed. This cooks very well in airfryer as well.
