Instructions

Step 1
Roll the cheese around the sausage. Then repeat with the turkey ham and finish with the bacon. Repeat with the other sausages.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Then add the sausages and fry until crispy and golden brown on all sides. The cheese should be melted.

Fried egg

Step 3
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Crack the egg into the pan. Fry for 1,5 min then season with salt and pepper. Fry until the desired consistency is reached.

Sandwich

Step 4
Toast the toast slices until golden brown.
Step 5
Meanwhile slice the tomato.
Step 6
Spread the bottom toast slice with the tartare sauce and mustard.
Step 7
Place the tomato slices, salad and fried sausages on top.
Step 8
Sprinkle on the fried onions.
Step 9
Then placed the fried egg on top.
Step 10
Stack the other toast slice on top and enjoy!
