Step 1
Cut pork into bite size pieces. Cook on medium. Render fat and wait til pork nicely browned.
Step 2
Stir in onion and green onion. Soften.
Step 3
Put in gochujang, pepper flakes, pepper paste and sugar
Step 4
Cut kimchi into bite size. Stir fry with pork until very flagrant and liquid dried a bit. Stir in starch water and thicken sauce on high.
Step 5
Garnish with sesame oil.
