Ingredients

500 gramshamburger
2 teaspoonstaco seasoning
½ cuptomato sauce
rice
brown cooked
tortillas
avocado
cheese shredded
sour cream
lettuce
Instructions
Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef. Cook the ground beef fully, until browned and no longer pink.
Step 2
Drain any excess grease from the skillet. Then return to the stove and reduce the heat to low.
Step 3
Add the 1/2 cup tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Stir together until the meat is coated in the sauce.
Step 4
Add brown rice. Mix well.
Step 5
Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Fill the tortillas with the ground beef taco meat and add desired toppings
