Instructions
Step 1
Inspect chicken breast for any bones or grisly fats and trim up to your liking.
Step 2
Place chicken inside a pressure cooker, crock pot, instapot or similar cooking device.
Step 3
Mix Turmeric, Salt, Pepper, and Water and add to chicken.
Step 4
If using a pressure cooker, bring to pressure and coon 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 5
Make sure all the pressure has released before opening the pressure cooker.
Step 6
Remove chicken and shred with meat claws, add in a bit of the chicken broth and salsa.
Step 7
Mix together well serves 5, keeps for 5-7 days in the fridge.
